Woe unto ye the earthlings!

Sin!
Oh of the things most complicated you are
How shall I explain you without complicating things
For those who dearly long to understand your evil
Ways and your false invitations to humans see how many
In your snare you have caught for none of us is immune
Of you and your grip in our natural life see how many
Find comfort in their sinful ways instead of understanding
You and seeking help they have sought to waste time
Disqualifying him in whom you stand inferior and defeated
Woe unto ye the earthlings who know not what sin doeth!

Oh sin! Damned are they who know not you and know
Not that they know not you for them you have enslaved
In your snare within their fallen nature have they been
Content in their evil ways against their creator n’ all creation
Woe too unto them who have known you and chosen your
Path of destruction them you daily mislead causing death n’ evil
as you daily their hearts and souls hold in fallen captivity
the way of folly n’ pride have they chosen not even acknowledging
him who controls their daily breath sustaining their lives with care
Woe unto ye the earthlings who know not where sin leadeth!

Oh sin! Happy are they who have known n’ seen you n’
Understood the pain of your sting for only them have known
Their fallen state to mourn and repent of their sin’s stain
Wiping it away by the Son of the Almighty's blood shed on
The cross where your are forever defeated with right n' light
Such beings who have believeth in the given Son will perish not
For in humility and faith have they accepted the loving invitation
Into the Almighty’s undeserved grace have their redemption been given
And they rejoice in the promised gift of the Saviour’s eternal life
Woe unto ye the earthlings who know not how sin to defeat!
Seen!

Woeful ye the fallen man!

Man
Is indeed
A fallen and
A falling being
Ruining himself and
All his own surroundings
Look round the whole wide world
Count the many wicked ways of man
Who poisoned the well of his heart?
Sad did he sneak poison into his heart
Who has put his soul into unpleasant ruin?
Who has put a snare into his minds and ways?
What has gotten into the epitome of his entirety?
Entangling him in unbreakable cord of falsehood
In his countless schemes of sinfulness he prides
Hating destroying n' killing his fellow beings
Acting like the Satan who rules the world
Neither believing nor walking the way of right
He has drowned into darkness hating the light
Who will come and give him redemption
Who will come and change his heart
Who will come and change his soul
Who will come and renew his mind
Who will come and his nature
Redeem into new creation
Surely he needs more
Than man can offer
For n’ to him
He needs a
Redeemer
Amen!

Sun Darkens In The City Under The Sun!

Premise: Just a week after I left my lovely Country the Nairobi city has been so sadly attacked by terrorists and this are my words towards the same.

Sun darkens in the City under the Sun

Humble earthlings are moving forth and back
They naively and innocently carry on with their
Daily busyness n' business not at all warned about
Or warmed up for the painful disaster in the waiting
Poor and innocent beings not knowing their lives the
Enemy is evilly n' cunningly waiting for their tearing
Attempting to hurt the nation and put it into mourning
We are one people one nation one world under one God

Suddenly the city under the sun is under a siege
Sunshine in the city's west unexpectedly goes to hiding
The evil men terrorize the innocent mortals inhumanly
Bullets n’ grenades tear the people’s flesh without mercy
Tension continues to rise as the innocent blood begins
To shockingly ooze out of the innocent lives so unjustifiably
The evil of terrorism heinously hits the beautiful nation
We are one people one nation one world under one God

Sad news spread across the city, the nation and the globe
Tension n’ attention meet in the saving of the innocent lives
Held hostage by enemies of truth n’ justice in the Westgate
The terrorists have decided to invade us in our own soil
Pushing the entire nation into one major state of apprehension
As the victims in trepidation cry for their able and loving ones
Seeking for their intervention in the midst of both fear n’ hope
We are one people one nation one world under one God

The men in uniform join hands with the fourth estate
With each taking cover to do their best to cover and uncover
as the entire nations grieves and joins them to rescue
The airwaves are loaded with communication and cries
As people seek their friends’ n’ kin on line and in line
The agony in the inside of the mall we of the outside
Are left to only imagine, pray and hope it will be well
We are one people one nation one world under one God

As the rescuers try to manoeuvre into the deadly mall
The terror and the fear can be felt and heard across the state
In the sight of the panicky wounded and the dead that
Are running walking or crawling from the inside the
Families’ friends and onlookers are heavy of heart and soul
As their only strand to hold on remains the God of creation
And the neighbours they love or don’t really love
We are one people one nation one world under one God

In the eyes of fear and death the nation stands tested
The differences are abandoned as the nation in harmony
Stands though so emotionally struck yet fully reassured in
The strong spirit on one people one nation as the head
Of our dearly loved state firmly states in his briefing
Emphasizing the values of love compassion and solidarity
That has for half a century kept the nation as one
We are one people one nation one world under one God

Lives have been lost bodies wounded and hearts are hurting
People are mourning as one nation and acting in solidarity
Thousands queuing as one tribe to donate life by giving blood
Knees are bended n’ arms raised in prayers of intercessions
Messages of condolence are flowing from local and global
As the people and their leaders join heart n’ hands in love seeking
Hope n’ faith rising in such deep n’ moving acts of compassion
We are one people one nation one world under one God

As we watch the resilience of our soldiers putting their life in
The thin death line for the sake of their nation and its people
As humans of good will continue to tie the knots of patriotism
In their lines of giving and on the lines of socializing to oneness
People of all kinds giving food, cash and blood is indeed kindness
Though they may cut us but we will never run dry of life
They may attack us and fight us but they will never disunite us
They may try all in their evil terror but we will always remain one Kenya
We are one people one nation one world under one God

We mourn the death and injuries of our friends and our loved ones
Not only from Kenya but from all corners of the world
May the God of creation give us hope and wipe our tears
May he comfort the widowed and the orphaned as he RIP the dead
May He encourage our hearts and heal our wounded friends
May his love unite us with him and with all our neighbours
May he protect our land and bless our nation we pray
We are one people one nation one world under one God

When our eyes are wet with hurting tears
When our hearts are heavy with painful groaning
When our souls are overwhelmed with sorrowful mourning
When our minds are roaming in deep unending questions
Even at the deepest of the valleys of fear and death
Then shall we still continue trusting God our all
For where else will we get our help?
We are one people one nation one world under one God

Reflections of the sad and unforgettable Nairobi Attack on 21-24 of September 2013
Newton J G K.

A prayer in times of darkness!

A prayer in times of darkness
When our eyes are wet with tears
When our hearts are heavy with groaning
When our souls are overwhelmed with mourning
When our minds are roaming in deep questions
Even at the deepest of the valleys of fear and death
Then shall we still continue trusting God our all
For where else will we get our help?
With our knees bent in prayer
With our arms lifted up to seek his help
With our eyes facing up to him of heavens
We won’t doubt but believe in JEHOVAH-JIREH
The Lord who is our provider
We won’t fear but trust the JEHOVAH-NISSI
The Lord who is our banner of love and protection
We won’t give up but hold onto JEHOVAH-SHALOM
The Lord who is our perfect peace
We won’t depart but stay with JEHOVAH-SABAOTH
The Lord Who is with us everywhere
We won’t surrender but wait on JEHOVAH RAPHA
The Lord who is Our Healer
Let the blood of Jesus surround us
We pray.

Open The Walls!

Premise: We all go through harsh and hard times in life. Despite this we can always open up to people we trust and share the pains rest we die alone in the hurts.

Hello to you
My not so old not so young
Friend
Can I have a word with you?
Yes you! A word with you!
Open the walls please
Allow me into your closed world
Or at least do let in
Someone whom you trust
I know it’s hard
I know you already threw the
Keys away
But check; yeah check!
The padlock is no longer locked
Coz it’s broken
You broke it with tears of pain
And attempts to let someone in
Though as it stands
You have not let anyone in yet

Why will you not allow someone in?
How long will you hold onto the aches
How long will you hurt
I know you do not like it either
For slowly it has drank your
Sweet life away with time
I know moving backward or forward
To you they both coward
But I understand your fear
I understand your pain within
I understand even your choice to
Remain closed in within self
with deep empathy I understand
Only that I hate the chains around you
The heavy chains surrounding
Your beautiful yet hurting heart
All I long for is one thing
To see you walk free
Free from the pains of your past
Free from a hurting arcane life

I cannot promise you
A new heart
But I’m ready to nurse the
 Wounded one with love
With the healer holding my
Arms I believe there is
A beautiful life
Past the pains you've
Been through
There must be a reason for
Every single hurdle in life
There must be a flowing
Fountain across the hurts
An oasis within the pains
A silver lining on the cloud of despair

Open the walls please
Allow me into your closed world
Or at least do let in
Someone whom you trust

The Paths!

The  paths

The paths we walk on
lead to certain destinations
when right paths we follow
glorious destinations we flow life into
when false paths we follow
painful destinations we draw into life
The paths we walk on
lead to certain destinations

The paths.

The old man is a precious gold!

The old man is a precious gold

The old man is a precious gold
92 years he has never gotten cold
With a loving heart he keeps us fold
His large family with care he keeps hold
Deep n’ wide reaching are his precious tolds
That the young and the old in bold uphold
The old man is a precious gold
*******
The old man is a precious gold
92 years he has never gotten cold
All along he has kept his family at heart
Always working hard to keep it not apart
Seeking peace with a hug n’ a feast has been his art
His firm grip for oneness has indeed enlarged his heart
The old man is a precious gold
*******
The old man is a precious gold
92 years he has never gotten cold
Like a warrior he has fought worry with courage
For his family nation n’ own sake he has won the challenge
Two attacks on his heart has God helped him manage
Though very old he still does his best to encourage
The old man is a precious gold
*******
The old man is a precious gold
92 years he has never gotten cold
I’m glad he has faith in Him who owns all
He loves the Lord who has seen him through all
Many are days he’s called me to make a call
To Him who owns all in all within all for all
The old man is a precious gold
*******
The old man is a precious gold
92 years he has never gotten cold
He’s allowed his heart to break for all
His entire family and neighbours to call
Upon his help in any times they fall where he is tall
Lot’s have many and I to learn from his all
The old man is a precious gold
