and realize you were born someday,

and realize you are alive today,

and realize that you have a body that works,

and realize that you can talk, hear and see,

Will you not pause for a second?

and realize you can breathe and think,

Will you not pause for a second?

and realize there is someone who loves you,

Will you not pause for a second?

and realize you are unique and there is no one like you,

Will you not pause for a second?

and thank the One who authored your life,

Will you not pause for a second?

and realize none of the things above are charged,

Will you not pause for a second?

and count the many free blessings in life,

Will you not pause for a second?

and list the things you always take for granted,

Will you not pause for a second?

and realize you have not paused yet....
